Orders will be arranged for production within 3-7 working days after receiving your deposit. Custom metal products require extra production time based on drawing confirmation.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We support FOB ports: Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port.
- Sea freight, air freight and express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS) are available as your demand.
- Delivery lead time varies by destination country, we will send you tracking number once goods depart.
3. Shipping Cost
Freight cost is calculated based on total weight, volume and destination port. We will offer exact freight quotation before shipment.
4. Shipping Risk
All goods are covered by cargo insurance during transit. Contact us immediately if damaged or missing goods received upon arrival.
5. Delivery Delay
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance inspection or local logistics suspension.
